We welcome feedback and are committed to providing high-quality care.
To protect our staff and patients, we kindly ask that you use social media responsibly.

Please do not post:

  • Abusive, threatening, or offensive comments
  • False or defamatory statements about the practice or its staff
  • Confidential or identifying information about staff or other patients

If you have a concern or complaint

Please contact us directly through our practice complaints procedure so we can respond properly and confidentially.
We cannot discuss patient concerns or complaints publicly on social media.

Zero Tolerance

Online abuse is treated the same as abuse in the practice.
We may request removal of inappropriate posts and, in serious cases, may take further action in line with NHS guidance.

Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful and safe environment for patients and staff.
