How this service can help you

Crossroads Care Cambridgeshire is trusted to step into the carer's shoes to provide personal and social care to people of all ages in their home.

Crossroads Care Cambridgeshire also provides a carers' emergency service (ICER), when a sudden emergency stops you from being able to carry out your carer duties. It also provides the Carer Services Prescriptions service, by which your GP can suggest support in the form of a short break or information and advice. As well as supporting carers, Crossroads Care Cambridgeshire supports adults and older people with almost any condition, disability, including being elderly and frail or having cancer or a palliative illness.
